2. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Bridgewell Health it is your responsibility to provide complete information, about your history, symptoms and any other relevant details. Please ensure that you disclose all medications, treatments or therapies you are undergoing. Additionally it is important to attend scheduled appointments as agreed upon in order to follow the treatment plan effectively.
3. Privacy
At Bridgewell Health we place a priority on safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. Any personal or medical information shared during sessions or, through our platforms is treated with the confidentiality in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. While we have implemented security measures it is important to note that absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed.
4. Treatment Plan and Results
Our healthcare professionals work collaboratively with you to develop a customized treatment plan based on your needs and goals. It is important to understand that treatment outcomes may vary and guaranteeing progress is not possible. While we strive to deliver the care results can be influenced by various factors, including your commitment to the treatment process.
5. Payment and Insurance.
Clients are responsible for payment for our services. We accept forms of payment such as instant transfers, certified checks, credit cards well as insurance coverage subject to the terms and conditions specified by your insurance provider. We recommend verifying your insurance coverage and familiarizing yourself with co pays, deductibles or any limitations that may apply.
6. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
To avoid any inconvenience or fees kindly provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or a fee, for missed appointments (No show). In case of emergencies please contact our office promptly so that we can discuss the situation together.

Bridgewell Health has the right to terminate services if a client engages in behavior that poses risks. Termination may also occur if a client fails to adhere to the treatment plan or violates these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Responsibility.
Bridgewell Health and its healthcare professionals are not responsible, for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the extent allowed by laws.
